Her ability to help get patients back on track and better their lives is her number one goal. Morgan is an integral part of the Streubel Physical Therapy team as she is inspired to help people reduce pain in order to engage more fully in an active and healthy lifestyle and to return to their passions. You can find her teaching Yoga on the weekends as well as helping coach for the local non-profit ski education foundation as a Nordic ski coach for youth. Morgan is also an active community member who enjoys giving back. In the winter, they enjoy Nordic skiing, downhill skiing, and ski touring in the mountains. Together, they love to go running, biking, fishing, and paddle boarding in the summer. In her free time, Morgan enjoys being outdoors with her dog, Yuki. Currently, she is pursuing a board certification in specialty practice in the realm of Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She joined Streubel Physical Therapy in 2021 to pursue treatment of musculoskeletal orthopedic conditions as well as pelvic health. Morgan Moore is a 2020 graduate of Pacific University in Portland, Oregon where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy. In the winter Dan can be found on the nordic trails and in the summer on his road or mountain bike enjoying Teton Valley.ĭr. He is also quite passionate about endurance sports. He loves the profession of physical therapy and is continuously staying up to date with the latest research by attending continuing education courses and reading journals.ĭan enjoys spending time with his wife Melisa and son Nate. Patients seek Dan out for his diagnostic work and developing a comprehensive treatment plan particularly in the area of overuse injuries and injuries associated with the endurance athlete. In 2009 he opened Streubel Physical Therapy where he continues his passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.ĭan’s physical therapy specialties are sports rehabilitation and treating problems associated with the spine. Wanting to pursue his love of orthopedics he came to Driggs in 2000 and worked at High Peaks PT providing outpatient physical therapy. During this time he worked primarily with post-surgical patients and geriatric rehab. Upon graduating he practiced in Sandpoint, Idaho for 5 years. Dan graduated with high honors from Idaho State University in 1995 with a master’s degree in physical therapy.
